I offer a range of specialised services tailored to meet your individual needs, from general health and fitness to focussing on specific needs or goals, such as losing weight or toning up.
If you are already involved in a sport as a hobby and want to structure a training plan specific to its development, I can help.
Bag & Pad Work
This is a fun and exciting way to improve your cardio, co-ordination and balance, as well as being a great way to reduce stress levels.
With a combination of movement patterns comnined with bag and pad work, you will learn and develop new skills. This is delivered one-to-one.
Weight Training
I can provide you with a plan of exercises to benefit you through weight training geared towards your personal goals.
This could be for either building a baseline of overall muscle, strength or conditioning gains, or specific to a sport or hobby.
Home-based training
I understand that, for some people, the thought of going to a gym or training with others is simply enough to deter you from starting.
So, depending upon your circumstances, I may be able to provide you with home visits and/or one-to-one training packages.
Bouldering or Climbing Training
If you feel that your climbing or bouldering could benefit from improvements to finger strength or muscle endurance, I can work with you to help you take your bouldering to the next level.
I can also help you with an introduction to bouldering if you have never tried it.
Guidance and Support
I know how difficult it can sometimes be to motivate yourself to get going, as it can be so much easier to turn on the TV or just unwind after a busy day.
I can work with you to provide you with techniques to help. I offer social media support and can keep in touch regularly to ensure you are sticking to your plan.
