What's Involved

Initial One-to-One Consultation

This can be done face-to-face, either at an agreed location or in the comfort of your own home, or, if time is limited for you, a phone or video consultation is also an option.

I will ask about and listen to your needs and goals so that I can understand more about you, what you want to achieve and your motivations. 

During this consulation, you will also have the opportunity to get to know me better and ask any questions you may have, to decide if I am a good fit. 

Health & Lifestyle Assessment 

Here I ask about more about your general health, lifestyle and your overall fitness, past and present. I also discuss how you prefer to learn something like a new hobby or interest.

And if you don't know, don't worry; I can determine how you can train best, in a way that maintains your interest and motivation.

From here, I then look at designing your personal training plan, bespoke to you.

One-to-one or group exercise 

Once you are happy and agree with your personal training plan, we can get started.

Choose between working one-to-one or with others in group classes (if numbers are available).

Take ownership of your fitness journey through our progressive training approach.

You will also get the opportunity to understand the mechanics of your fitness journey.

Ongoing Support & Review

If you want to succeed, having the right mindset is critical and as I know too well that things in life can create hurdles and blips. This is where I provide feedback and support . If something unforseen gets in the way, I can review and amend your training plan (with your agreement) to suit any adjustments that need to be made.
